The property is immediately adjacent to the market's only grocery store, City Market (Kroger-owned), sits directly off an I-70 highway exit, and serves as the only multi-tenant retail center in the area. Long-term ownership by the original developers and their descendants presented significant value-add opportunities through capital improvements, enhanced management practices, and thoughtful tenant placement.
