WNG Real Estate Group is a privately held investment syndication firm specializing in long-term value creation in commercial real estate. Based in Aspen, Colorado, we own and manage a diversified portfolio of office, retail, multi-family, and light industrial/flex properties.
With more than $50 million in recent acquisitions across Colorado’s mountain markets, WNG Real Estate focuses on value-add opportunities in supply-constrained, high-demand locations. Our Team
Bill Guth
Bill Guth is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur with a long track record in development, management, repositioning, and entitlements throughout Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley. As a broker and business leader, he has led successful ventures across real estate and hospitality and founded Aspen Title & Escrow, the region’s leading title and escrow agency.
In 2023, Bill was elected to the Aspen City Council, where he focuses on improving workforce housing policy, supporting local businesses, and advancing infrastructure initiatives that contribute to Aspen’s long-term vitality.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and a master’s degree in real estate development from Columbia University. He lives in Aspen with his wife and three children.
Andrew Pegler
Partnering with WNG Real Estate Group in 2020, Andrew Pegler brings more than a decade of experience across real estate development, asset valuation, commercial appraisal, and property management. His six-year tenure as Portfolio Manager at Ryan Investments, where he oversaw all financial transactions for a $150 million portfolio, gives him deep insight into the Roaring Fork Valley’s economic landscape.
Andrew began his career with Capit.el Group, a leading luxury developer in Sydney, Australia. There, he supported acquisition, repositioning, and redevelopment efforts across high-profile coastal neighborhoods, including the award-winning Pacific Bondi Beach project.
He holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Property Economics and International Studies (with a focus on Project Management) from the University of Technology Sydney, and has called Aspen home for more than 15 years.
Jen Mitchell
Jen Mitchell joined WNG Real Estate Group in 2025, with over eight years of experience in interior design in Aspen and with a luxury residential developer in Denver. Her background includes editorial work for a Minneapolis-based communications firm, where she contributed to lifestyle, travel, and healthcare publications.
Jen holds a bachelor of arts in english from St. Mary’s College of Maryland and a Post Baccalaureate Premedical Certificate at New York University.
Jen has happily called Aspen home for 12+ years, where she lives with her family.
