WNG, in partnership with Gibson Avenue Capital, acquired all 70,000 square feet of commercial space in this 80’s era mixed-use building in downtown Avon, CO - across the street from the gondola serving Beaver Creek ski resort. Upon acquisition, the space was about 50% occupied, a result of Vail Resorts vacating the premises for their new front range headquarters. The Seasons is now full, hosting some of the best tenants in the Vail Valley, including Slifer House, First Western Trust, East West Resorts, Obermeyer Wood Wealth, and a variety of other class-A office and retail users.
